AOH Associates carried out a detailed review of current state and collaborated with the ROH to identify employee information needs in order to develop a user friendly employee handbook containing all the core information needed by employees. They quickly developed an understanding of ROH priorities and this ensured that the tone and content of the completed handbook reflected ROH brand values. The handbook now forms a core element of organisational induction and its conversational style ensures that its content is accessible to all employees.

Working Together

We take a partnership approach to our client work. Each project is designed in collaboration with you. A typical project will follow these key stages.

Stage 1 - Project Scoping

We start each project with an open mind. Through open dialogue with you, we work to create a clear understanding of what you want to achieve from working with us. As part of this process, we will also question and challenge you to ensure that the outcomes we jointly commit to are both realistic and achievable.

Stage 2 - Action Planning

With a clear project agenda, we will develop an action plan, capturing the inputs we expect from you and the outcomes we commit to deliver over an agreed timeframe. The plan will support our “open dialogue” approach by incorporating regular updates on project progress and liaison with key stakeholders. The plan will flex to changes that occur as the project develops.

Stage 3 - Delivery

We work with you to make the project a reality. We are committed to ensuring that the solutions we put in place offer long lasting value to your business. With close attention to detail and a strong implementation focus, we will partner with you and your team to ensure that the project fits with your organizational culture and gains acceptance.

Stage 4 - Review and evaluation

All projects have both anticipated and unanticipated outcomes. Throughout the project and, especially on completion, we will review the project to ensure that we share our learning in relation to all outcomes with you. We recognize that a new initiative may require ongoing support. We are available to continue our partnership by providing advice on an as-needed basis.
